Website terms

Effective September 10, 2026. The conditions on this page cover the website you are reading, which Affinity Search Partners operates.

1Accepting these conditions

  1. 1.1This page sets the conditions for using this website, every page of it included. Opening the site, or reading anything on it, counts as acceptance of those conditions. Anyone who does not accept them should close the site and not return to it.
  2. 1.2Our privacy notice, found at /privacy-notice, describes how we handle information about visitors and about the people we write to. Read it as part of this page.

2The purpose of this site

  1. 2.1The site describes the recruiting services of Affinity Search Partners. It exists so that anyone who hears from us can see who we are and what we do.
  2. 2.2No part of this site amounts to an offer, and no contract with us arises from reading it. Looking at what we do engages nobody and obliges neither side to anything.
  3. 2.3Recruiting work for a client happens only under a written contract that both sides have signed. Should that contract and these conditions ever differ, the signed contract wins.

3Email from us

  1. 3.1We may write by email to people in professional roles connected to the recruiting work we do. Such mail may come from the domain of this website.
  2. 3.2A recipient who wants no more of it need only reply and say so. How that request is handled, and how quickly, is described in the privacy notice.

4Sample material

  1. 4.1Drawings, boards, charts, checklists, figures and any similar material on the site, or in any sample we link to, are illustrations only. They are made up to show how something might look.
  2. 4.2Sample material describes no real client engagement, and it makes no promise about how any search we might run for you would turn out.

5Acceptable use

  1. 5.1Use the site lawfully, and in a manner that leaves it working for everyone else.
  2. 5.2Do not try to disrupt the site, to reach any part of it or any system behind it that was not meant for the public, to probe it for weaknesses, or to copy its content with automated tools such as scrapers or crawlers.

6Ownership of content

  1. 6.1Everything on the site, including its text, drawings, logo and layout, is the property of Affinity Search Partners or of licensors who have permitted us to use it.
  2. 6.2Viewing the site and printing a page to keep as a reference for your own business is fine. Reproducing or republishing the content in any other way needs our permission in writing.
  3. 6.3Where we carry out a search for a client, the rights in that work are settled by the written contract for it and not by this page.

7Links and outside services

  1. 7.1From this site you can reach our main website and the contact form there. The typeface on each page is served by an outside font provider.
  2. 7.2Each of those outside sites and services runs under its own conditions and its own privacy practices, which govern your use of them. Their content and their conduct are not our responsibility.

8No warranties

  1. 8.1You take the site "as is", and on an "as available" basis. As far as the law permits, every warranty about it is disclaimed, whether express or implied, covering among other things merchantability, suitability for any particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. 8.2What you read here is general information about a recruiting firm. Treat none of it as advice, whether professional, legal, financial or employment-related, and do not rely on it in that way.

9Limits on our liability

  1. 9.1As far as the law permits, no liability rests with us for indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages or punitive damages, nor for profits, revenue, data or business opportunities that are lost, whatever caused them and whichever legal theory is relied on, when they arise out of the site or its use.
  2. 9.2As far as the law permits, everything we could owe you in connection with the site, taken together, is capped at one hundred US dollars.
  3. 9.3Some places forbid particular limitations. In those places the limits above operate only as far as local law lets them.

10Your responsibility for misuse

  1. 10.1Should misuse of the site on your part, or a breach of these conditions, bring a claim, loss or expense upon us, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless, reasonable attorneys' fees included.

11Governing law and disputes

  1. 11.1The State of Tennessee supplies the governing law for this page and for every dispute touching the site, with that state's conflict of law rules set aside.
  2. 11.2Where a dispute cannot be settled between us, it goes to binding arbitration with its seat in Williamson County, Tennessee, conducted following the American Arbitration Association's rules, save where the law rules out arbitration for that kind of dispute.
  3. 11.3If arbitration is ruled out, the courts sitting in Williamson County, Tennessee hear the dispute, and you accept their jurisdiction.

12General provisions

  1. 12.1Should a court find any clause here unenforceable, the remaining clauses stand.
  2. 12.2Letting a breach pass on one occasion does not waive our ability to act on a later one.
  3. 12.3This page and the privacy notice, read together, make up the whole of what is agreed between you and us concerning the site.
  4. 12.4These conditions can change. The date beneath the title shows when they last did, and the version on this page is the one in force.

13Contact

  1. 13.1Anything you want to ask about these conditions can go by post to Affinity Search Partners, 5123 Virginia Way, Suite A23, Brentwood, TN 37027, or through our contact form on the main site.
